Do you offer warranty on the products?

Yes, our products come with manufacturer standard warranty (exclude free gifts item & consumer goods)

Delivery & Installation

Where do you deliver and how do you charge?

We offer free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia for purchase above RM50. There is shipping charges for delivery out of Peninsular Malaysia. Please contact us at info@panaxygroup.com for more details

Is installation cost included in my order?

No, unless stated otherwise. Installation cost varies depending on the difficulty of installing and material that the customer wishes to use. The estimated average range would be RM 180.00-260.00
